She hopes that Gradberry can provide solution for companies to recruit the right candidate and graduates can find the right job.
The name Gradberry is unusual in the recruitment market and Iba wants to make a new branding for graduates in the career market. The concept was conceived years ago and now the business venture is going to start in the end of this month.
The online portal gives the opportunity to apply for jobs with zero to two years work experience and in addition career advice is also provided. In Gradberry companies will be able to find entry level professionals and interns while other jobs sites don’t provide these. The access to site will be free for students and companies will have to pay for job opportunities available advertisements.
